The Balcony Apartment spanning 35 m2, is situated on the 2nd floor. It has a separate entrance and offers a spectacular view of the city center and fortress. Air-conditioned and fully equipped with a kitchen, bar table, chairs, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and a coffee maker. Additionally, it features a dining area, sofa, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180×200), a spacious wardrobe, and a safety deposit box. The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV with Netflix, complimentary high-speed internet, and various other amenities. The nightly rate includes luxurious bed linen, towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, coffee and shampoo for hair and body. A baby crib is available upon request.
Please note that the Balcony Apartment does not have access to a pool and does not include a pool. If guests book an apartment with a pool along with the Balcony Apartment, they will have access to and use of the pool. A separate reservation for only the Balcony Apartment does not include access to the pool or its amenities.

Policy
To secure your accommodation, please contact us directly via email. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 60% must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival, to the provided IBAN account.
In case of cancellation,or failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified time frame, your reservation will be cancelled. The 40% deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned, regardless of the reason or time of cancellation.
Included in the price are a range of amenities to enhance your stay, such as bed linen, towels, toiletries, tourist tax, parking space, swimming pool access (for Luxury and Deluxe apartments), Wi-Fi, and kitchen essentials. Additional services available at an extra cost include transportation and pre-stocking of the apartment, providing you with the flexibility to tailor experience to your preferences.
During the Pre-season, Postseason and High Season, a minimum stay of 2 days is required. Check-in time is set for after 16:00, and guests are kindly asked to check out before 10:00. To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking and house pets are not allowed within the premises.
